On the 7th March, we will be offering a women's circles for parents/carer of children with special needs. As a mum of boys with special needs, I want to help other parents relax and take time out for themselves.

I will read a beautiful meditation to get you into a meditative state and while you are relaxed you will receive reiki. In a safe non judgemental environment no experience necessary.
