Meditation
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique, such as focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. There are many things in life that are beyond our control. However, it is possible to take responsibility for our own states of mind and to change them the better.
As a meditation teacher I can work with you to help you to meditate better reiki can also be added into this. We can talk about what you want from the meditation, so I can workon a meditation that best suit you. That we will talk after if anything has come up for you.
